Amy Rowland has over 28 years of experience in environmental consulting with more than two decades focused on electric, gas, and other linear projects. She oversees contract execution and project performance and provides expert technical input, strategy, and guidance to the team and clients. Her extensive knowledge of construction practices as well as federal and state agency requirements allows her to actively engage with and lead construction management personnel to develop solutions to protect natural resources while facilitating construction activities to ensure compliance.

Scott Rowland has over 30 years working in all phases of environmental planning and compliance management for small- and large-scale electric and gas projects. He combines biological resource expertise and regulatory knowledge with practical construction experience, overseeing environmental compliance activities during construction of infrastructure and energy-related projects. Scott is the lead facilitator and an instructor for Southern Gas Association’s Environmental Compliance During Pipeline Construction workshops throughout the United States.

Services include environmental compliance management, inspection, and monitoring, natural resources program management, biological surveys and monitoring, agency strategy, consultation, and mitigation development, stormwater compliance support (SWPPP), environmental compliance inspection and monitoring, plan development, permitting and planning, constructability reviews, and environmental training.
