Social Good & Philanthropy

At Pangea Biological, we believe in the power of positive action and the potential of our collective efforts to create meaningful change. We are committed to acting responsibly, ethically, and with integrity in all aspects of our business. This commitment extends beyond our day-to-day operations, and into the heart of our communities where we strive to make a difference.

Our approach to social responsibility is rooted in our founding principles of Quality, Integrity, Honesty, Commitment, and Team Work. We actively seek out opportunities to contribute to the betterment of society, whether through charitable donations, volunteering initiatives, or partnerships with organizations that align with our mission and values.

As a company, we are immensely proud of our philanthropic endeavors. We have been fortunate to support numerous causes and projects that have positively impacted the lives of many. From the American Lung Association's Lung Force Walk to our ongoing work with the Association of Women in Water, Energy and Environment (AWWEE), and Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), our dedication to social good is unwavering.

Incorporating social responsibility into our business model not only enriches our corporate culture but also strengthens our bond with communities. We are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and remain steadfast in our commitment to creating a better, more equitable world.

Join us as we continue this journey of social responsibility and philanthropy, embracing the challenges that come our way and celebrating the victories we achieve together. Because at Pangea Biological, we believe that together, we can make a real difference.

American Lung Association

For more than 10 years, Pangea has advocated for lung health for the American Lung Association's Annual Lung Force Walk, with their Pangea One World, One Breath team, united in the commitment for clean air for all.

Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP)

Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) is a national nonpartisan organization advocating for women entrepreneurs—strengthening their impact on our nation’s public policy, creating economic opportunities, and forging alliances with other business organizations. Our CEO and President, Amy Rowland is on the Leadership Advisory Council and serves as the Western Regional Lead for EngageHER.

San Diego Center for Children (SDCC)

At Pangea Biological, we are proud to support the San Diego Center for Children (SDCC), a beacon of hope and healing for children and families since 1887. As a trusted leader in San Diego, the Center provides valuable services for children grappling with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

With its expansive outreach across eight program sites, including a 12-acre main campus, the Center positively impacts over 1,000 at-risk individuals daily. They offer an unparalleled range of pediatric mental health and education services, providing transformative support for both young individuals and their families. This includes integrated pediatric care, outpatient and in-school services, wraparound in-home support, intensive clinical services, a therapeutic school, and residential treatment.

The Center's advocacy efforts have dramatically improved access to care, establishing contracts with Managed Care MediCal, Commercial Insurance companies, the County of San Diego, and all regional school districts. This innovative, comprehensive approach enables them to extend their much-needed services to more families and children in need.

We are honored to sponsor their annual golf tournament each year, a testament to our ongoing commitment to their mission. Through our partnership, we aim to contribute to the Center's remarkable work, helping to create a brighter future for our community's most vulnerable members.
